RockJock Heavy Duty Greaseable Boomerang Rear Shackles have been a staple of the off-road world for decades. Boomerang shackles, due to their unique shape, allow the leaf spring eye to travel dramatically further up and around the rear of the vehicle under extreme articulation conditions. No matter what type of off-roading you're doing, your YJ, stock shackles and bushings are surely not up to the task. Its heavy-duty shackles feature 0.250-inch laser-cut steel side plates and a bolt-on center bar for maximum rigidity. The splined power suspension urethane bushings (specifically sized for use on Pro Comp springs) allow the shackles to be greased through their zero-set greaseable bolts, providing long life and quiet operation. Although they intend their Boomerang shackles for rear YJ use, many heavy-duty off-roaders will also use them on the front of their YJ.
